Agudelo stated on twitter he's signed for stoke just to be loaned out straight away.

Agudelo has joined but straight away had his work permit denied so he will be loaned out somewhere in Europe till the end of the season

I'm confused. Has he sign a loan deal to Stoke? Or signed a permanent to Stoke looking for a loan deal out of Stoke while he gets the work permit? Cause he hasn't got a contract with any team, (His ran out in January at New England Revolution) so he's a free agent. And you can't get a loan deal for someone who doesn't have a parent club.

He has a 4. 5 year contract with us, so we're his parent club.

He's signing/signed for stoke on a 4 1/2 year contract and will be loaned out till the end of the season with hopes that we can sort the work permit out

Can someone Tell we what the rule is for getting work permit? I have asked journalist here in Sweden and nobody knew for sure. So can somebody please explain that for me?
